- 20% deposit via bank transfer to confirm the reservation
- 80% balance payable at the end of the tour
- In case of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the tour departure date, the entire deposit will be reimbursed.
- In case of cancellation of the tour 15 days prior to the tour departure date, 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed.
- In case of cancellation on the same day of the tour departure date or a no-show at the time of departure, none of the deposit will be reimbursed.
In case of cancellation on our part, we propose the following options:
- Reimbursement of the entire deposit
- Rescheduling of the tour on an alternative date
- Voucher utilizable within one year
In case of cancellation due to adverse weather or sea conditions:
In case of weather or sea conditions that don’t permit the boat tour to occur in total safety, we propose the following options:
- Reimbursement of the entire deposit
- Rescheduling of the tour on an alternative date
- Voucher utilizable within one year
Cancellation by the customer:
- In case of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the tour departure date, the entire deposit will be reimbursed, with the exception of the credit card management costs.
- In case of cancellation of the tour 15 days prior to the tour departure date, 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed.
- In case of cancellation on the same day of the tour departure date or a no-show at the time of departure, none of the deposit will be reimbursed.
